Born in Bulgaria, citizen of the world. Young, ambitious and chef on a world level – this is Victor. But the definition of “excellent chef” is not enough for him because he is one of the few Bulgarians who knows how to serve a royal dinner and is closely familiar with the kitchens of Buckingham, Windsor and St. James.
He specialized in the Netherlands and the United States, cooked in some of the most luxurious hotels in London, and for 5 years he was part of the team of the Swiss culinary guru Anton Mosimann. Today, Victor lives in Sofia and is a head chef at Talents – the only student restaurant in Eastern Europe, part of the HRC Culinary Academy.
